You'll receive a branded digital mockup within 1 business day showing exactly how your logo will appear on the product. We revise until you're 100% satisfied — no surprise artwork fees.
Production Begins
Once you approve the proof and confirm your order, production begins at our supplier's facility. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Rush options (5 days) are available on select items.
Shipped Directly to You
Your branded drinkware ships directly to your office, venue, or warehouse with full tracking. We work with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for large orders. Split shipments and drop-shipping available.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) for the clearest reproduction. We can also work with high-resolution raster files (PNG or JPEG at 300 dpi or higher), though vector is always best for laser engraving.
How long does the entire process take?
From quote approval to delivery, most orders take 10–15 business days. Rush production (5–7 business days) is available on many items at an additional charge. Contact our team if you have a hard event deadline.
What if I don't have a logo ready?
Our art team can work with you to prepare a camera-ready version of your logo at no charge. Just send us what you have — even a business card or website URL — and we'll handle the rest.
Can I order a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes! Pre-production samples are available on most items. Sample fees vary by product and are typically credited back against your bulk order. Ask your sales rep for details.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer laser engraving (LaserX), screen printing, full-color digital printing (D4), pad printing, embroidery, foil stamping, and handle/lid imprinting depending on the product. Each method has different setup charges and per-unit run charges.
